Please fill in the appropriate form (download below↓)
Print it out and attach it to the sample
Sending the set to the address of the laboratory (Ekotechlab, Fiszera 14, 80-231 Gdańsk, POLAND)
After receiving the sample, we will send a pro-forma invoice to the e-mail address provided
After receiving the payment, we will perform the ordered analyzes
We will send the results together with a VAT invoice to the e-mail address provided
